Through early morning for I see
Visions of the things to be
The pains that are withheld for me
I realise that I can see

That suicide is painless
It brings so many changes
And I can take or leave them if I please

The game of life is hard to play
I'm gonna lose it anyway
The losing card of some delay
So this is all I have to say

That suicide is painless
It brings so many changes
And I can take or leave them if I please

The sword of time will pierce our skin
It doesn't hurt when it begins
But as it works its way on in
The pain grows stronger watch I bring

That suicide is painless
It brings so many changes
And I can take or leave them if I please

A brave man once requested me
To answer questions that are key
Is it to be or not to be
And I replied oh why ask me

That suicide is painless
It brings so many changes
And I can take or leave them if I please

I don't think it's necessarily about the inevitability of dying, but the sentiment indicates (to me anyways) that suicide is less painful than living in certain circumstances. Also, the first line should read, "through the early morning FOG I see". Also the line 18 actually is "watch it grin" not "watch I bring".

Life is meaningless and suicide is pointless as we will all die anyway. "the game of life is hard to play, i'm going to lose it anyway. " don't be a quiter, life is not a competition, just take what you can from it.

Enevitablly everyone must die. This song, to me, is about how we have the choice, if we want it, to end our life early. For some people this is the best option

That we all reach that point at some time in our lives and the choice is ours as to whether we take that option. Wanted to say, however, that the lyrics posted to this song here are not very accurate. It should read: 'the losing card i'll some day lay', rather than 'of some delay', which makes no real sense!
