Feat. Jim Brickman

May the angels protect you
Trouble neglect you
And heaven accept you when it's time to go home
May you always have plenty
Your glass never empty
Know in your belly
You're never alone

May your tears come from laughing
You find friends worth having
With every year passing
They mean more than gold
May you win but stay humble
Smile more than grumble
And know when you stumble
You're never alone

Never alone
Never alone
I'll be in every beat of your heart
When you face the unknown
Wherever you fly
This isn't goodbye
My love will follow you stay with you
Baby you're never alone

Well, I have to be honest
As much as I want it
I'm not gonna promise the cold winds won't blow
So when hard times have found you
And your fear surround you
Wrap my love around you
You're never alone

Never alone
Never alone
I'll be in every beat of your heart
When you face the unknown
Wherever you fly
This isn't goodbye
My love will follow you stay with you
Baby you're never alone

May the angels protect you
Trouble neglect you
And heaven accept you when it's time to go home
And when hard times have found you
And your fear surround you
Wrap my love around you
You're never alone

Never alone
Never alone
I'll be in every beat of your heart
When you face the unknown
Wherever you fly
This isn't goodbye
My love will follow you stay with you
Baby you're never alone
My love will follow you stay with you
Baby you're never alone

I'm the father of a daughter that has Celiac disease and Lyme disease. Daily she is harrased at school about her illnesses. She is a very beautiful young lady of 16. Her days are filled with pain and coldness from the Lyme. She will face very difficult times throughout her life. This song is for me, a dedication to her that I will always be there for her, and that she will never be alone in life. I will always be there to help her through the hard times... my arms will always be wrapped around her, even after I'm gone from this world.

Never alone means that someone very dear to you no matter what happens will stay embedded in the deepest part of your heart and sealed inside your soul forever

We had this wonderful song sung @ my son's naming day recently (6 month old michael) by his beautiful cousin - it was very moving & touched a number of people! For the young fellow, well he gazed & focussed for the entire song ... So he will certainly never be alone - wow!! We love you.

This is the song that was played at my grandma's funeral so it means a lot to me. She died a year ago tomorrow. I still miss her like crazy.
