I always thought the lyrics for the chorus is

"Counting on me,

In turn your never there for me"

To me this song is about parenst, but it could be for a friend or a lover or whatever, and how much he hates them.

"Oh god, the feelings I feel
Would get me thrown in a cage"
He hates them so much he probably fantasizes about murdering them and he knows if he admitted that, he would get locked up somewhere.

"You're the one who's always screaming at me
I'm the one that keeps your lives so care free
What the fuck more do you want me to be? "
He tries hard to please them and make life easier for them, but they demand too much. They blame him for the arguing even though they're the ones yelling at him.

"Counting on me

Therefore I have your problems
And turn you're never there for me "
He's there for them, but when he needs them they're gone.

"You see the pain in my face
While you keep putting me down
Inside the rage starts to build
You push me I won't go down "
They know their yelling and screaming hurts him, but they continue anyways. He's getting sick of it and won't just take it anymore.

"Could it really be that day, today?
Could this really make the problems go away?
I'm gonna hurt, just not this time "
He's going to kill them, and he's asking himself if it's really happening and if they'll finally stop.

This is my favorite song by Korn and it would take me forever to really explain my interpretation of this song.
