I just love this song, but guess what the real meaning is behind it. It's about a friend who's going through a difficult time in his/her life. He/She is dealing with drugs and alcohol. They need help and you are their only TRUE FRIEND to really do anything about it. They love you for who you are. They are also saying that they will risk their life for you.
