i think its the ex who is talking here.. asking if he's already over with his present girlfriend. still waiting for him to comeback. the song only says that love is patience..love is willing to wait no matter what, no matter when even if it means forever..
it was a very beautiful song.. very touching..
only shows that love can hardly wait even if there's no assurance
of coming back although it hurts so much. after all the sadness,
