well i think this song talks about eating disorders to be specific anorexia, and about self injury.

strawberry gashes it means to the self injury marks.
We "anorxic" have a sutil way to talk about our problems
We try to ... beutify the gross stuff
like saying we are princess or butterflies
and the gashes means the cuts the strawberries are red
such as the marks in our arms.
