how can it not be about god i mean it says god like 5 different times in the song i mean seriously did u not read the lyrics or listen to the song? ↓

i doubt this is a song about god because... just look at all their other songs god's the last thing they'd mention sweet band though : O

This song is based on the Poem "Paradise lost" Which is about God, The Fall, Satan and Hell.
I think what the song is criticizing God on creating us Evil and then abandoning us, which has led to So many Atrocities in the World and we deserve to "Burn" for those Acts.
