When the mountains fall
And the tempest roars You are with me
When creation folds
Still my soul will soar on Your mercy

I'll walk through the fire
With my head lifted high
And my spirit revived in Your story
And I'll look to the cross
As my failure is lost
In the light of Your glorious grace

Let the ruins come to life
In the beauty of Your Name
Rising up from the ashes
God forever You reign

And my soul will find refuge
In the shadow of Your wings
I will love You forever
And forever I'll sing

When the world caves in
Still my hope will cling to Your promise
Where my courage ends
Let my heart find strength in Your presence

Let the ruins come to life.
In the beauty of Your Name.
    Rising up from the ashes.
    God forever You reign.

And my soul will find refuge.
In the shadow of Your wings.
    I will love You forever.
    And forever I'll.

When my best friend introduced this song, my heart smiled and I asked him right away for a copy. Every word that has been part of the lyrics is embracing and encouraging me to live my Christian life faithfully and fearfully. Songs can really help us out a lot when it comes to communicating with him, above. Even though we are not worthy, but still He died on the cross for us to be saved. And that is the main reason why we need and have to worship and praise God forever. His love is unending. And as long as we have God in our lives, Battles are just too little for him, Because our God is bigger Than the battle. He is our Hope. Our strength, our everything. I love you, Jesus.

Glorious ruins. This song is a keen reminder than no matter the horrible or terrible place you may be at any point in your life, god Has a way of bringing out the best of you with that situation. Thank you Hillsong for the weighty words. May the Holyspirit keep on inspiring you.

This song is so precious! It was rendered at the farewell service of my dear friend's hubby, who went to be with the lord in such tragic circumstances. She'd requested it specially and it made me see how someone can be triumphant in anguish. I have never seen such a beautiful widow. She has been such a blessing in her pain and these words are such an eloquent narrative. Please pray for ese, who lost her sweetheart on a plane crash. Thank you, Jumi
