Anna:
Elsa?
(Knocking: Knock, knock, knock, knock, knock, knock)
Do you wanna build a snowman?
Come on lets go and play
I never see you anymore
Come out the door
It's like you've gone away-
We used to be best buddies
And now we're not
I wish you would tell me why!-

Do you wanna build a snowman?
It doesn't have to be a snowman.

Elsa:
Go away, Anna

Anna:
Okay, bye...

(Knocking)
Do you wanna build a snowman?
Or ride our bikes around the halls
I think some company is overdue
I've started talking to
The pictures on the walls-
(Hang in there, Joan!)
It gets a little lonely
All these empty rooms,

Just watching the hours tick by-
(Tic-Tock, Tic-Tock, Tic-Tock, Tic-Tock, Tic-Tock)

(Orchestral)

Anna:
(Knocking)
Elsa?
Please, I know you're in there,
People are asking where you've been
They say "have courage", and I'm trying to
I'm right out here for you, just let me in
We only have each other
It's just you and me

What are we gonna do?

Do you wanna build a Snowman?

I just love this song so much. The last paragraph is very moving. It shows two sisters who have been separated and they are very lonely and sad. Elsa is trapped in a room, kept away from Anna as Elsa has the power of wind, ice and snow. When Elsa and Anna were very young, they were playing in the ballroom. Elsa used her powers to build Olaf (the snowman) and create an ice rink. Anna was jumping on large icicles that Elsa made. Elsa was on her fifth icicle when she slipped on ice and accidentally hit Anna in the head with ice. Elsa's mom and dad (King and Queen) had to save Anna before it was too late. It would've caused more damage if the ice had hit Anna's heart. Now they are separated and sad. It's a very moving song and just shows the loneliness of losing a sister. Very good movie. Moving.
