Someone on youtube said it was about the murder of pim fortuyn, i sincerely hope it's not, epica should not fall into such intolerance...

I don't know if anyone else see's it but this is how i see it playing out in my head.

It's about a couple, happily together or so one of them thought. The other however needed more from a relationship and went somewhere else to try and get this feeling. So the one who thought they were both happy and together and that there were no lies between them, then she found out one day that the other didn't feel the same way.

And the secret had been kept and going on for a long while, and when the one who wanted more started to explain it all it slowely and shorely broke the other's heart.

As the other is explaining it to the one that thought there was no problem her world starts crashing down on her, it's like she doesn't know what is going on anymore who she is, what she thought she had with this person.

What she has left in her heart and what she has isn't making sense to the one that thought everything was okay, but the one knows she has to get away from it all clean off what she can refresh to think clearly.

As she thinks she starts to understand, and realizes that she will never be the same will never beable to trust another with her heart emmediantly again, she finds that waht may seem like a dream is not the same in reality. Even thought her heart felt one way she needed to listen to her head.
