it's talking about how even though she has been beaten she will always remain
this is the same with communism, as long as there are poor people there will be a want for equality

I think in this song they mean about a muslim girl and her father was somehow complicated and when he heard that his daughter is in a forbidden relationship with another man who is not a muslim secretly, he tried to kill his daughter and he wanted to put her under his thumb and mind and don't even letting her to know life.
