Best i can come up with is that they're insulting the behavior of george bush, who was in office the year it released, because of his decisions dealing with middle east. They're calling the white house a gay bar, and its administration a bunch of gay people. It's not meant literally, but more of a humorous insult to their intelligence, viewpoints and behavior. "i've got something to put in you" might translate to "george bush fucks people up the ass. " "you're a superstar at the gay bar" could be describing their mentality given their high-up position, saying that the bush administration considers themselves untouchable and above the opinion of the country's citizens.

I never really tried to attach a meaning to this song before, mostly made this just so such a cool song would at least have one meaning posted.
