I will dance
I will sing
To be mad
For my King
Nothing Lord
Is hindering
This passion in my soul [ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/d/david_crowder_band/undignified.html ]
Chorus:
And I'll become
Even more undignified than this
Some may say
It's foolishness
But I'll become
Even more undignified than this
Leave my pride
By my side
And I'll become
Even more undignified than this
Some may say
It's foolishness
But I'll become
Even more undignified than this
Than this
I love this song. We sing it in youth all of the time. This song is an experssion of joy in the lord. It is praising god with your whole body because your voice is not enough to testify. It is not being ashamed of the gospel of christ but passionatly singing to god.

It means the opposite of "taking off your shoes because you are on holy ground" it is not approaching a holy god with respect. It uses the word "foolishness" the wisdom of the world is foolishness with god.
