"i rather go blind" is powerful lyrics, because no more wants to see their heart being ripped out, every time i hear that i think about surgery where you need anesthesia to block/numb the pain so wanting to go blind is her wanting to numb the pain .. Also wanting to go blind is powerful because she would rather miss out on seeing all of life's beauty just so she wont be heartbroken.. Now that's love.. I love this song
