Backseat Goodbye is the stage and recording name of pop-folk singer-songwriter Chad Sugg (born July 14, 1986). Chad started the solo-project his freshman year of college at Middle Tennessee State University in August 2004 . Born in Clarksville, Sugg currently resides in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
