Every now and then I cry
Every night you keep stayin' on my mind
All my friends say I'll survive
It just takes time

CHORUS
But I don't think time is gonna heal this broken heart
No I don't see how it can if it's broken all apart
A million miracles could never stop the pain
Or put all the pieces together again
No I don't think time is gonna heal this broken heart
No I don't see how it can while we are still apart
And when you hear this song
I hope that you will see
That time won't heal a broken-hearted me

Every day is just the same
Playin' games, different lovers, different names
They keep sayin' I'll survive
It just takes time

CHORUS

Time won't heal a broken-hearted me

Its human to have our heart broken at times.. But we should not feel so broken as a person, be glad that you were saved from a relationship that will eventually wont work, the more it last the more pain it will do, so as to that man or woman who have left you out of love... He/she doesn't deserve you at all!

perhaps the singer or composer of this song is deeply hurt that when she's writing the song, she feels the pain so much that she thought her broken hurt will never heal...but its true that time heal all wounds...
