alexthomasdavis – The Sun It Sets On You lyrics

I wandered around
Until I found
Someone brand new
I ate up the miles
While all of the while
I only wanted you

I made the right sounds
With my ear to the ground
The times they flew
So now I'm all smiles
I don't need your files
The sun it sets on you
The sun it sets on you girlfriend
The sun it sets on you
There's never a day
That passes away
I think of you
You know I'm not flash
I don't have much cash
But I love you
I know you don't pray
It wasn't your way
But I prayed for you

Now I'm on the lash
Other girls I will pass
The sun it sets on you
The sun it sets on you girlfriend
The sun it sets on you

This was about a girl I knew from Horsham, and I drove past there on the motorway as it was on the way between my houses and the sun was setting, and I felt like right thats our sun thats setting.. :) If she ever reads this ..maybe one day :)
