I've cried my last tear over you
It's been a year since you blew
Me out me out

Tears over you
I've had my fears now it's true
You caught me out
You caught me out
And I know we never were apart
I didn't want to upset the apple cart
And I know that when my tears have dried
My eyes will seem to be more open wide
Tears over you
There's nothing more I can do
You found me out
You found me out
Tears over you
It's your ideas I outgrew
I'm still alive
Your still alive
And I know I can't dig nine til five
I don't think dead is now the new alive
And I know we slaved away our pride
I only wanted you to be my bride

So Sting wrote a song once called Roxanne. This is an imaginary song, he wasn't hanging out around brothels or anything! He has admitted this himself. Now I don't usually write imaginary songs, as I like to think of my music as soul music, its from the heart. However I broke the rules for this one. It has a really nice change in it and I like the melody.
