What happened was that an under aged girl went to like a night club, or bar. And he pulled her onto the stage and started dancing with her. Like dirty dancing, and her Dad found out and so then the bar got closed and everone was freaking out, so he wrote this song just to say sorry, and it wasnt her fault so put the blame on him.
It was really sweet of him to write a song to publicly say sorry, to everyone.

It happened when Akon went to a certain Bar mentioned in the song...
A certain gurl made some advances "daw" and they had fun together(I dunno what that certain FUN is) with Akon not knowing that this gurl is just a minor...
Something scandalous happened that resulted for the bar to shut down and as you always hear "I'm sorry for Club Zen getting shut down
