Oh, nowhere left to go.
Are we getting closer, closer?
No, all we know is no.
Nights are getting colder, colder.

Hey.
Tears all fall the same.
We all feel the pain
We can't change.

Everywhere we go
I'm lookin' for the sun.
Nowhere to grow old.
And always on the run.
They say we'll rot in hell
But I don't think we will
They've branded us enough
Outlaws of love.

Scars make us who we are
Hearts and homes are broken, broken.
Far, we could go so far
With our minds wide open, open.

Hey
Tears all fall the same
We all feel the rain
We can't change.

Everywhere we go
I'm lookin' for the sun.
Nowhere to grow old.
And always on the run.
They say we'll rot in hell
But I don't think we will
They've branded us enough
Outlaws of love.

Outlaws of love.

Out laws of love

Adam lambert was blasted for not being who he truly was, and the "trespassing" album - he said it was going to reveal more about who he really is inside. The fact that he is willing to be open about the reality that glbt couples and the community feel is refreshing. Being branded outside of the norm of society is a kind of pain that can only be understood if you've experienced it. Lambert makes it clear that not only are hearts and homes broken because of misunderstanding, but that the belief that changing who one is isn't an option. The sense of abandonment is heartbreaking in itself without the endless rhetoric of how those in the gay community will experience hell on earth and the afterlife. If we are outlaws of love, it is because society doesn't understand the true meaning of love.

The song is about what its like for gays/lesbians, they cant exactly walk down the street holding hands without being judged, the dirty looks and hateful slurs, or told they're going to hell, hence a lyrics: "they say we'll rot in hell... ", your always trying to escape labels. "hearts and homes are broken... " you tell your parents, and its pretty common they don't like it. Its not even legal is most parts of the world to get married... Same sex love is outlawed. Outlaws of love.

I agree with what the two unregistered people said: "If we are outlaws of love, it is because society doesn't understand the true meaning of love. gays/lesbians, they cant exactly walk down the street holding hands without being judged, the dirty looks and hateful slurs, or told they're going to hell, causes The sense of abandonment and Being branded outside of the norm of society is a pain"

What they say is true and also I feel like people need to stop judging for they have no right to judge. To those part of the LGBT community I would like to say that "Being youself is easier to do than faking it"-Adam Lambert qoute. Because you put more effort to hide who you are because your scared and i belive if you accept yourself it shouldn't matter what others think because you should be proud of who you are and own it and never make apologies for it"-Adam Lambert qoute.

I support Adam Lambert in all that he stands for. have courage to shine brighter than the stars; stand out when everyone else is too busy fitting in; dare to be different because you'll be noticed. All Great men and women who dared to change the world were different and yeah they we're called crazy but the had the courage to stay true to themselves. "Have I gone mad."-hatter(alice in wonderland 2012); "I'm afraid so, but want to know a secret? all the greatest men are." Alice(alice in wonderland 2012)

They say it's time to put on a show. So stay true; be you and ignore the hatters and shine brighter than the stars in the sky. You'll be okay. So Stand out and be proud. Follow your heart and and find solace in your life. As they say the show must go on!
