Though this pre-chorus contains 'Woooooah' parts, it also carries a strong and powerful meaning. Andy might be trying to say that since he has got so many emotions confusing him, he can't take it anymore and he feels like everyday is a battle of understanding (Every day feels like a war).

I believe that these lyrics may mean that he feels as though he has been created to suffer. The second line might mean that the "dead" dislike him, so dead is also not an option for him. The third line could mean that although he doesn't want to live, he finds himself loving some people he knows. So, basically, this verse is like a bundle of exploded different emotions - meaning he is unsure of what to do with his life.
