Amazing how much text one can enter on a song that is 100% instrumental. It is not unheard of that bits of the lyrics from the original version can be heard in the dub, but in this case, not a single syllable from these lyrics can be heard during this dub. Who submitted these lyrics? And why?

The original is written by Robbie van Leeuwen, guitar player with Dutch rock band Shocking Blue. Apart from being the first to release "Love Buzz" back in 1969, Shocking Blue also gained world fame when they released "Venus" in the late 60s, which in turn was covered by countless other artists.

How charlisobel gets to the point that the singer eventually also wants to kill Santa Claus, is a complete mystery. Then again, his (or her) entire murder angle in these lyrics are a complete mystery. Use less imagination, and more heavy medication, I would argue.

Again, a very expensive present on the singer's wish list, yet (again) charlisobel keeps following the train of thought (a train that should have been derailed even before it had started) that involves an imaginary family that needs to be eaten by an animal before being run over by a car, and even after that needs to be dumped in the middle of the ocean.

The sable the singer wants slipped under the tree is a fur coat made from the pelts of the animal charlisobel refers to. In no way, shape or form is there any mention of malicious thoughts toward the family of the singer (or even the presence of any family at all) in these lyrics, so where the absurd idea of a small animal eating the family stems from is a mystery to me.
