I'd have to say this is the most uplifting, feel-good song ever! Funny thing is, they don't have the correct songwriter listed here - it's actually Roger Hodgson, co-founder of Supertramp. Live in concert, Roger lets everyone run up to the front for this one. The sing-along is something to experience. Think like a "Hey Jude" performance at a Mccartney show. Roger's playing around the world next year (more about all that on Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page). Just go. Thank me later :)

You truly haven't lived until you've seen Roger Hodgson play this live. He always explains the stories behind his songs and makes you feel like a close friend. He and his band have a way of making each show unique and truly special, with extended jams unlike any other. I've been watching Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page very closely for new tour date announcements, I'll be at every show I can!

If you've never been to a Roger Hodgson concert, this song is always a blast to hear. Roger allows the crowd to open with the whistling solo, which is both whimsical and uplifting :) It's amazing to see several generations at his shows, it has to be something to do with the timeless messages of his songs - seeing him in nyc & ct in January (if you want to read more on it - Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page) Then he breaks right into Sister Moonshine, just like on the album :)

This song always sends chills down my spine, especially the drum outro. It's always great when Roger Hodgson throws this one into his set-lists. Can't wait for his tour next year, he puts a lot of heart & energy into his shows and makes you feel like you're at a private, intimate show with a lot of acoustic punch. (He and his band are playing around the world in 2013, some exclusive shows with an orchestra - that's one to see :) Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page has everything you need to know.

Every time I close my eyes and listen to this one it takes my breath away, especially at a Roger Hodgson concert. Above the lyrics this song is credited to both of Supertramp's songwriters, although this one and many of their other hits were written by Roger Hodgson. The keyboard and sax solos are out of this world, he and his band are very tight and actually play better than the original lineup. If you've never had the chance to see them in their heyday, you're gaining so much more seeing Roger now. Just in the past two years alone I've seen him 4 times :) Every one is different, that's why! A list of dates are on Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page. The extended jams are especially sweet to the ears and soul!

This song is truly transcendent. Nancy & Ann Wilson of Heart sing backing vocals on this one. If you're lucky you could even hear this one live at one of Roger Hodgson's shows. I'm so thankful he's doing another world tour next year. His music just flows through you! If you haven't had the chance of seeing the creative genius of Supertramp live yet, you're missing out on a lot. Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page has all the info. I've seen many, many classic rock legends but Roger simply tops them all.

Definitely a hidden gem. If you see enough of Roger Hodgson's shows you just might get the chance to hear this beauty live. Something about this song calls to me, the feeling is much stronger when I hear Roger play it in concert. One thing about Roger is he always puts every ounce of feeling into his playing, from the first minute of the night it's obvious that Roger's not your run of the mill musician but a warmhearted, humble man that simply wants to give back to the world with his music. I'm watching Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page closely for new dates!

A majestic song to hear live, for sure! Although above the lyrics it says the songwriting credit was shared, Supertramp's songwriters actually composed separately. For instance, this song in addition to many others was written by Roger Hodgson. There are a lot of great videos on YouTube of his concerts but nothing's quite like seeing him live for yourself. Every note you can feel in your chest, Roger's voice resonates in your mind - surely not a show to miss! Just check out Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page, all the info's there.

"Please tell me who I am". Deep lyrics with a soul-searching meaning, I can't get enough of this song. It's hard to believe Roger Hodgson wrote it even before his days in Supertramp. He wrote the majority of their hits like Give a Little Bit, Dreamer, Take the Long Way Home, Breakfast in America & many others. His voice is still pristine, exact if not better than my Supertramp vinyls. It's a treat to hear this one live! I'm seeing him twice on his upcoming tour, you can see dates for yourself on Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page.

Can't help singing along every time this comes on! The only thing that beats this song is hearing it live from the songwriter himself, Roger Hodgson. Not many realize that although the songwriters of Supertramp shared credit, they actually wrote separately - much like Lennon/Mccartney. I'm beyond grateful that Roger's still touring the world today, sharing all his timeless music with the world and making a lot of lives much happier. (Tour info's on Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page). I get chills every time!

This is such an uplifting song :) Although Supertramp had two composers that shared songwriter credit, they actually composed separately, much like Lennon/Mccartney. For instance this one was written by Roger Hodgson. Roger & his band usually play this song as an encore, the sea of faces in the crowd each with a beaming smile, singing at the top of their lungs. Can't wait for his 2013 tour! Check out the dates @ Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page.

This song always puts me in a great mood :) Lyricsmode got the songwriter wrong, it's actually Roger Hodgson, co-founder and composer of Supertramp. Nothing quite like hearing Roger play this live with his band, you feel immersed in the easygoing times of the 70s, memories rush over you in waves - so grateful he's going on tour in 2013, to see dates for yourself check out Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page. I can just imagine Give a Little Bit, Logical Song, Breakfast in America, Take the Long Way Home, Fool's Overture and all those majestic gems.

This has to be one of the catchiest songs ever. I had the chance to see Roger Hodgson (co-founder of Supertramp and composer of most of their hits, including this one) live in concert a few times over the past 2 years. I'm more impressed every time, amazingly Roger's voice is perfectly pristine and even sounds better now than on my Supertramp vinyls. When you hear him live, he knocks you off your feet with astounding music and you're hooked for life (trust me, I know! :) Already have plans to see 2 of his shows on the 2013 tour, dates can be found on Roger Hodgson Official Facebook Page.
