Looking around here you'd think
Sure, she's got everything
This part is where she is saying that if you look around the cavern you would think that she has everything but she sings this in a tone that implies longing. She may appear to have a perfect life, with everything that a girl could ever want and more but she feels that she doesn't. Ariel is a free spirited girl and as such she is trapped. She doesn't care about the material things, all she wants is her freedom.

But to look beyond the glory is the hardest part
For a hero's strength is measured by his heart
Saying that his biggest challenge will be remembering to look beyond the glory if he is to become a proper hero because a hero is measured by his heart implies that he has to focus and not let the fame get to his head. He knows that if he wants to be a true hero then he will have to remain humble no matter what he is offered because if he isn't humble he will be too distracted to complete his goal and become a hero.

I will face its harms
Till I find my hero's welcome
Waiting in your arms

Hercules wants to go to Olympus and the only way he can do that is to become a hero. Hercules is saying that he will take on the challenges to become a hero. He doesn't care that they are extremely dangerous and that there is a good chance that he will die.
