This night the girl takes her own life. She does this my drinking too much, probably getting the liquor from one of her parents stashes. She doesn't cry for once in a long time because she knows that she wont feel anymore pain. Her parents cry because they were thinking too much about their own problems, not thinking of their daughter. They didn't pay much attention to her so hey didn't get to know her that much. Eventually they forget about her, and she isn't remembered for anything special.

He takes anti-depressants to make him feel like he is happy and okay. But it is a fake feeling and he probably knows that. So some day he probably takes the pills that are prescribed to him and he overdoses so that he doesn't have to deal with the pain of classes and bullying, abuse, etc.

This is saying that if the parents knew that the kid was depressed, suicidal, self harmer, etc they would have solved the problem. The thing is, they can't solve he problem after the kid is gone. Meaning that the kid killed themselves so the parents can't fix the problem.

If the parents knew that the kid was depressed, suicidal, self harmer, etc they would have "solved it" by sending the kid to therapy to try to make them feel better. Eventually getting anti-depressants or sometimes going to the extent of putting them in a mental hospital/recovery hospital to make the problems go away.
