I think this means that when you feel like you are just going to give up and that nothing is worth it, to remember that you are worth something and to keep going just like the light shining through stained glass. Also, it hints at the fact that there is an ending to all of the pain someone is feeling and once it finally ends, you are still here, and you are stronger than you have ever been because of what you have been through.

I think this means we may not be able to feel all in all, or we may feel like we can't do it or nothing is right. You might just feel completely weak and you can't move on, but you should always believe that things will get better and to think of the positive although it may be hard.
