"falling into slow motion into internal sleep" Means taking someone to another reality like in the nightmare on elm street. "I'm living bad dreams I cant run from you, this nightmare coming true." Means you don't want to run from it, it's a happy place not a evil place like Freddy. The second part of the quote means your desire is coming true. He is basically using a scenario from the nightmare on elm street because its using the same concept, closing your eyes and opening them finding your self some where unknown well without the nightmare. Your basically saying here am I wake because it seems like it. That's basically what the whole song means.
