I just feel the need to correct you on one point: these are not "lyrics" written by Hank Snow. This is a poem by Canadian poet Robert Service. He wrote numerous poems about life in the Klondike, and is also famous for "The Shooting of Dan McGrew".
I couldn't allow you to commit this "dis-Service".
