The animatronics, if they catch you, will stuff you into an animatronic suit. The franchise doesn't want a bad reputation so they don't let anyone know about how the animatronics come to life at night. They're just animatronics, they can't move on their own.

The animatronics will try to get in through the vents, cutting off oxygen in the process, and the security guard will need to reboot the ventilation system. They will also be jumpscared by one of the phantom animatronics that they hallucinate because of lack of oxygen.

They rebuilt the Fazbear diner into a horror attraction, using anything they could salvage from the original to make it as scary as possible. A lot of the wires are faulty and most of the things there don't work very well.

The events that occurred at Freddy Fazbear's, about the missing children, were shown all over the news and the diner's reputation became horrible. Phone Guy wonders why anyone would want to work there, knowing what happened, and also wonders how they will try to survive.

The second part is obviously not literal. It means that the security guard is very afraid and they're crying, and when you cry enough your eyes get bloodshot.

3o years later, now the time of Fazbear Fright, Springtrap (whom of which Purple Guy is inside) is found at the old pizzeria and brought to the horror attraction. Now his spirit has been awoken and he looks for the security guard so he can kill them.
