What T. I. Is trying to get out in this song is that he is sorry for getting caught up with the wrong things and he was basically at the wrong place at the wrong time. He is letting everyone that he hasn't gone nowhere he will still be the King of the South wherever he goes and god will take you through some changes just so you can wake up in life. Now that he has realize what he has done he know now he must take the blame for the actions that he has gotten himself into.
