I could hurt someone like me
Out of spite or jealousy
I feel that these lines could be interpreted as being directed to several different characters. I've seen someone interpret it as being directed towards Kenickie, as she hurt him by telling him the baby wasn't his (whether she was lying or not, she did intend to hurt him by saying that). I personally think that this could be directed towards two characters: Sandy and/or her unborn baby. Sandy would be the obvious choice, as Rizzo often picks on her, but this line being attributed to her would add a lot more to their dynamic. It would mean that Rizzo sees herself in Sandy, except that Sandy is more innocent and youthful, and has the coolest boy in school chasing after her like a lost puppy. But while Rizzo makes fun of her and sometimes puts her in uncomfortable situations, she doesn't completely hate her. This line being linked with her baby could mean that worse than being pregnant in High School would be being cruel to her child because s/he/they cost her reputation, and this line means that she would never do something like that.
