I don't know why people are saying the lyrics are good. They are terrible. The song is super shallow, there's no thought-provoking lyrics, and there's alot of parts that don't even make sense, they just try to use wordplay. The only thing going for the song is that it sounds cool and easy to dance to. If you want to hear good lyrics, then listen to Jonny 5 of the Flobots or Prince Ea. And that's just hip-hop, that doesn't include any other genres. But anyways. The song means that the guy is sprung on this girl and it's so good that he can't "switch-up" which means change to another girl. That's it, that's all there is to it.
