I think this song is about all the kids in world being mistreated
not just a certain country, like everywhere
medication for the kids with no reason to live
I think there saying you don't feel like dealing with a kids problem so you over medicate them
the first bit of lyrics mean were born into a world of hatred where everythings just one big fight, and there is no way to escape it so it basically repeats itself over and over
well the lyrics pretty much explain it themselves, almost every verse in this song has a meaning so I can't try to explain all of them lol.

Deadsy20, we are not what God intended, he intended us to be unsinful happy and everything we ever wanted, he asked only one thing and that was not to eat from the tree of knowledge, which satan came along and convinced eve it was ok, so she did and after that we were all damned to hell, until Jesus came and literally died so we would not have to go to hell, so no, we are not what God intended.
