"
Ne, ne dolazi Merjema
Nemoj da se usudis
Ima jedan kadija
Taj nek ti presudi
"No, do not come, Merjema
Do not dare
There is a judge
Let him judge you"

He is repeating what he was saying through the song one more time - that he doesn't want her to come to his funeral, and by saying 'let someone else judge you' he says she isn't innocent either, but it's less her fault than his. At least now, in my opinion, it is clear that she was his lover and that is the reason he would be so ashamed of her.

Neka dodju svi
Braca, sestre I rodjaci
Neka dodju kraljevi I prosjaci
Nek puknu gromovi
Oni crni oblaci
Samo da ne zazvone tvoji koraci
Literally:
"Let everyone come
Brothers, sisters and cousins
Let kings and beggars come
Let thunder strike
Those black clouds
[Anything] just that your steps do not ring [= aren't heared]"
In the first part of the verse he's inviting everyone, wishing that there's a lot of people there. In the second part he is wishing that anything happens that could override the sound of her steps - he's making absolutely clear that he does not want her at his funeral.
