She's describing her hatred toward the downfall of the white race because of race mixing. And by saying the heroes of our race have already died, shes saying that everyone who cares about her race will stay silenced and the people who refuse to be silent have already died. I.e Adolf Hitler, Rudolph Hess, Robert Matthews etc.
