In this line, GLaDOS is teasing Chell over the promised cake which Chell never received. (It is shown at the end of the game, but you never get to eat it.)
Since GLaDOS is a computer and can't feel pain, this line is simply there to emphasize how happy she was that you finished all the tests and managed to find he lair.
