As most have figured out when they see the English lyrics, this is about Miku being uninstalled from a computer. During that time of being uninstalled, she realized that she isn't a human, but is merely a toy made to imitate one, as it says in the beginning of the song. She needs to say everything she wants to say before she's gone forever, which is why it is a rap. It is rumored to be a song written for a time in 2009 when Hatsune Miku videos were being taken away from YouTube for copyright by a hater group, but that has been proved false, since "The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku" was created in 2007, before all of that happened. The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku has been sung at many concerts, such as Mikunopolis. There is a counterpart to this song, The Intense Singing of Hatsune Miku.

I could see this song have two separate meanings. The meaning I initially believed, was that Miku was singing to her owner. It wouldn't have been the first song to do that, and took it in an interesting way. Another one I see after reading some comments on YouTube is that it is about a long distance relationship. There is some text in it that would imply that it would be a relationship where you can only see each other in a computer, such as "If I could see you just for a day, less than two inches from you" Would imply a romantic relationship, and a common relationship, especially these days, is a long distance one.

Popipo is merely a song about green, creamy vegetable juice that is two dollars. It is rumored to have been in a commercial, but I haven't found any proof of such. For a limited time, there was official Miku vegetable juice in family mart, a popular convenience store in Japan. In Mikunopolis, a Miku concert in LA and in project DIVA, PoPiPo has an English verse in it. PoPiPo was added as a DLC in project Diva F.
