Omg is it just me or am I like the only one who thinks her b-side songs are better than her released ones anyway this song is simply just about being yourself, and not hiding who you are, and usually when someone says they wear make up there often thought of as being fake or something, so maybe the message of this song is don't be someone your not, be who you are.
I love the meaning to this song, makes me think.

I'm pretty sure this song is about the paparazzi the only reason I think that is "I know what you do, flash me, the way it's done impolitely" and also she mentions photography alot soo I think she's just writing a song reflecting upon how much they piss her off, following her around everywhere, pushing cameras in her face, poor Avril but I mean every celebrity has to put up with that sadly. It's life in the celebrity world.
