It's about two neighbors- one big success with a shiny car a "Pretty" wife and a good job, the other guy is a failure that sleeps till the evening-who hate each other. And the verse "When you see my face hope it gives you hell..." is about one of the guys hoping the other guy goes through hell when he sees his face obviously. Through the song the guys keep yelling at each other. It is very weird that some people don't get it.
