This is him admitting he is sane. Stating that he has created he own heel, meaning he has played on his own fears, causing them to grow into them taking over his thoughts and controlling him. His monster is this world. He eventually cannot stand it and collapse screaming "Can anyone save me from myself?" meaning he realizes he needs help and has gotten beyond the point of his control.

In music the treble cleft is played by smaller instruments, ex. violin and clarinet, and is more high pitched, and the bass cleft the opposite, ex. bass and cello. The treble cleft has a higher pitch than the bass cleft as well. She is saying that she is okay with being larger then others.

This was recorded for the Halloween special of A.N.T Farm, and in this episode they had were all monsters. She is calling them so they could have a good time. For real monsters this would include scaring kids, but for them it would be the monster dance they were all at.
