This is describing Shuuya Kano's adoptive sister, Tsubomi Kido. She, like Kano, has a serpent from the daze. Hers allows her to become "invisible" as referenced 'that disappear like everyone'. They were also in the Mekakushi Dan (Blindfold Gang) together along with several others. Kido has a rather violent personality and tends to hit Kano to make him stop lying.

This is a song from the Kagerou Project series. This particular one is Shuuya Kano's song and it describes a "story" that, despite being very unbelievable, is true. It is the story of Kano himself. After a near death experience he gained a serpent that allowed him to be a master liar, deceiver.
