Saint Nicolas, the real person the legend of Santa Claus is based upon, was know for his (St. Nick) generosity. However, Jesus gave a once for all gift of sacrifice. When he died on a Roman cross, without sin, for everyone, never again would sacrifices for sin be needed. Romans 5:8.
