Possibly referring to Eve Black, the main character of "Legion of the Black", in which she is committed to an asylum. She battles against "F.E.A.R." with "The Wild Ones", but it is in her head. The battle is won when F.E.A.R. is defeated, ending her imagination of the Wild Ones. The "heaven" may be the sanctuary that she found in her mind. She realized many things and learned from the "fables written by her mind" (the imaginations). And all of this was inside of her. She finds it hard to move on. She lost everything, including her pride when she was committed.
