I think this song is all about how us teenagers think we're amazing; and know it all when really we're clueless and are trying to find our places in the world. Like being lost and not knowing what to do in different situations, but not wanting to admit it. I reckon its also about finding your first love, and then your heart being broken but you have to move on and kinda just deal with it.
