She's saying that she doesn't want to be a pretty girl and not a stinky guy, she doesn't want to smell bad she wants to smell good. Like a girl would say "I wanna smell like roses" and boys don't care what they smell like. Boys don't care what they look like or what they smell like they only care about having fun and getting girls pretty much. But girls care what they smell and look like. Because girls are more careful about those kind of things.
