My interpretation of the meaning of this song is about a girl whom hes in love with, but is not in love with him. He speaks of his pain and how hes jaded because of it.
He says he will pick up the world and drop it on "your" head. With the word b*tch at the beginning so I assume hes talking to a girl. I think this means that he will become so great that he could change her life in incredible ways if she wanted him. He chooses to become everything a woman could ever want. And then someday when she realizes who he has become, she will want him. And he will deny her out of revenge. Much like the meaning behind his song "prom queen".
