This was written in retaliation to a Des Moines, Iowa radio station who liked to bash Slipknot and not play their material. Two years later, Spit It Out was in that station's regular rotation. :D |

Probably because this song is difficult to interperate. The reference to "Razel" is signigicant, but I do not know what it refers to. slipknot-metal.com says "...razel is a story chacter where basicaly shit happens..his life passes him by before he even can blink and when he does he opens his eyes and finds himself back to square one left to figure things out after all that has happened...so in that context i think corey relates himself to that charecter" |
