This is my favorite song by the Blues Traveler. And what this song sounds like its about to me is about how the hook of a song brings you back to the theme of a song. It's almost like they're saying that the hook is all that people care about in songs, and that they could care less about the concept, so therefore it doesn't matter what the artist sings about as long as it has a catchy hook. The artist could be singing about fairytales, and people wouldn't catch it because their in it for the hook. |

To me, this song sounds like it's about a past relationship she had with a guy who wanted to play the victim. The line " you poor sweet innocent thing you dry your eyes" sounds sarcastic, like oh, poor you, never mind me and my feelings. The song is good to sing and to vent to. Amy Lee is pretty good at writing songs to vent frustrations she has in relationships. |

This song is about losing yourself at a party, and getting crazy! I love it! I can listen to this song back to back, it's great! It makes me want to dance and go wild! Lady Gaga has done a great job reviving the Dance music genre. And this song literally describe how it is to be hosed at this crazy party! |

Everyone's already got the answer as to what this song is about. It's an ironic song because the song is about not being in love, but clearly it is about being in love. It's a denial song. Perfect for anyone who claims not to be in love because their afraid of rejection and wants to deny their feelings. |

Simply put, the song is about never giving up hope, and continuing the search. I've been hearing this song alot as of late, and I really like it. I have to say though, what initially got me into this song was when I heard it on Family Guy, on the episode when Peter and his friends decided to start some kind of karaoke band, and this was the first song they performed! So funny, especially when they each took turns singing a line! |

I love this song because it makes you stop and think of how life flies by, which is why you should cherish every year of your youth, because if you don't, you'll find yourself at an old age looking back and wishing for the days of your youth. The song just makes so much sense, and the sound of the song just sounds like longing for the days of innocence and youth. It gets sad when he's at 99 in the song, and is dying for another moment before he dies. |

What I gather from this song is that she's saying, do you and be you. Be and do whatever makes you feel happy. It might not be for everyone-you might not be for everyone- but hey, you're happy with yourself and whatever. |

I love this song! It's about not being able to forget about your roots, who you are. The guy in the song was trying to get away from his city life, but he found that he couldn't and returned. The city is him, he belongs to the city. This to me, is a strong contender for one of the best songs from the '80s, the sound is so '80s, that suave, miami vice '80s. |

What I'm getting from this song is that he's either in a relationship with this female who's cheating on her boyfriend, or he's contemplating being in a relationship with her. It sounds like he realizes how bad of an idea it'd be to get involved with her and her sins, but then he refers to how everyone else in that town is messing around. Can't deny that the song has a pretty rockin' sound. |

Actually after listening to this song a couple of times now-and still loving it- this song sounds like he telling someone that he feels like that person wasn't there for him when he needed that person. And then when he was at his lowest that person showed up, and now he's asking "where were you?" |

To me this song sounds like it's about this woman in an abusive relationship, and it's about her waiting for a bright day when she's free of the abuse. I only like the beginning to the middle of the song, after that, the song just goes on an on and it annoys me! I hate when a song drags on and on. A song should only be alittle over 4 minutes, anything over 5 minutes is too damn long! |
