The singer, Tyler, is explaining that his evil counterpart, blurryface, is not who he really is and that he need help to get rid of him. Blurryface is actually the character that Tyler Joseph created. It represents insecurity and hate, as I understand it. On the blurryface tour, Tyler Joseph dressed as blurryface. Tyler put black paint on his neck and his hands to show that he is insecure about his voice and what he makes.
