In this song, there is a superhero who saves people because they need help. In this comic book-like song, Mang Jose is a great superhero in crime-fighting scheme. But after he saves people he "singils" them (eng: buys). So they only go at night and the scariest of them, are the people with yellowish eyes. Mang Jose is stated that every villain is his enemy, and another thing stated here is that he has an alike superhero, who was Daimos.

Bees'll buzz, kids'll blow dandelion fuzz
It means that these things are what people usually do during the season of summer. Gad (as Olaf) is explaining that in summer this is what the bees will do, this is what the kids will do. It is very useful in the beginning parts of the song, because this is where summer begins. Plus it is just an imagination of Olaf in the story (like a daydream or something).
